Terms and Conditions for Reiki Level 1 Enrollment

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and participation in the Reiki Level 1 Training Program ("Program") offered by Leyla The Healer, LLC ("Provider"). By enrolling in the Program, you ("Participant") agree to the following:
1. Program Services
Upon enrollment, the Participant is entitled to:
Access to Reiki 1 learning materials hosted on Podia
One live Reiki attunement session on March 10, 2026 at 7:30 PM EST (via Zoom)
Two live practice integration classes on March 17 & March 24, 2026 at 8:00 PM EST (via Zoom)
A Reiki Level 1 certificate upon completion of the live attunement and participation in required elements
The Program is designed to provide foundational knowledge, energetic attunement, and live practice opportunities for those seeking to learn Reiki Level 1.
The Provider reserves the right to modify Program content or delivery method, provided reasonable notice is given to Participants.
2. Payment Terms
The Participant agrees to pay the Program fee as specified at the time of enrollment. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been explicitly offered.
Failure to complete payment may result in loss of access to Program materials and participation in live sessions.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
The Program includes live energetic attunements and digital access, and as such, no refunds will be provided after purchase.
In exceptional circumstances, the Provider may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds may be subject to an administrative fee of $200, processed via Stripe.
4. Participant Responsibilities
The Participant agrees to:
Attend the live attunement session
Watch the Reiki 1 training module in advance of the live class
Attend practice classes (recommended)
Create a quiet, focused space for participation
Bring headphones and water to live sessions
The Participant is responsible for ensuring timely attendance and personal readiness to receive the attunement.
5. Intellectual Property
All Program content — including but not limited to meditations, videos, written material, and digital resources — are the intellectual property of the Provider.
Participants are granted a non-transferable, limited license for personal use only. No material may be shared, distributed, or repurposed for commercial use without written consent.
6. Disclaimer
This Program is offered for educational and energetic healing purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or psychological advice.
The Participant is responsible for consulting appropriate professionals for personal matters that extend beyond the scope of energy healing.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Provider shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in the Program, use of the materials, or implementation of Reiki techniques.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Jersey courts.
9. Amendments
The Provider reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions as needed. Continued access or participation in the Program implies acceptance of any changes.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms represent the full agreement between the Participant and Provider regarding the Reiki Level 1 Program and supersede any previous agreements, communications, or understandings.
By enrolling in the Reiki Level 1 Program, the Participant confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
